Since our inception in 1995 as a wholesale bakery New York Cakes Pty Ltd, our kitchen grew substantially due to the need for great tasting desserts and is now well known throughout the Sydney cafe, restaurant and club scene for its diverse range of wholesale desserts and savouries.
Due to the increasing demand for our desserts from the general public as well, we were proud to announce the opening of our first patisserie, Patisserie New York, in Caringbah, Sydney on the 19th of October 2005.
As an Australian family-owned company, we are committed to using the highest quality natural ingredients and traditional baking and mixing methods. Our inspiration originated from the traditional Americana cakes and tarts, and it has now grown to stem from the culture that is breathing life into Sydney’s ever-growing food and dessert scene.
Our mission lies in bringing your family and friends together to connect, create memories and celebrate moments through the sharing of the most delicious desserts we create for you.
With the success of Patisserie New York in Caringbah, we opened a second store in the suburb of Mortdale in 2010.
