Using natural ingredients and traditional baking methods passed down from generation to generation, the cakes from our family-owned wholesale bakery just can’t be beaten!

Our most popular chocolate cakes in Sydney include our luxurious Tall American Chocolate Fudge Cake and our rich Black Satin Mud Cake. Those who prefer fruity cakes will love our sweet Blueberry Cheesecake and our fruit-filled Outside-In Pavlova. If caramel is more your style, you won’t be able to get enough of our beloved Immortal Sin or our creamy Caramel Cheesecake.
Our cakes remain fresh and moist for approximately 4 days. After about 4 days, their moisture is inevitably drawn out, and the texture becomes drier.
That being said, there are ways to keep your cake fresher for longer. The most important thing you can do is store it in a fridge or a well air-conditioned area. Keeping your cake in a hot car for more than an hour, on the other hand, is NOT a good idea.
Although we generally recommend our cakes to be eaten fresh and within 4 days, you can freeze our cakes if needed. The general rule for freezing cakes is not to go beyond 1 month if you want the best taste and texture possible. Be sure to remove the cake from the freezer and into the fridge one day before serving it. Doing so gives it time to thaw properly.
