This cake is just so divine and moorish. It’s fresh – light – not too sweet and full of flavour. My kids loved it!

The cake is beautiful and tasted very fresh! The fruits balanced the cake and it wasn’t overly sweet. The shredded coconut was nice but there was just too much of it in my opinion. Other than that, the cake was a really good choice!
