Our Strawberry & Lemon Naked Cake is a semi-naked drip cake covered in white chocolate gel ganache. It is made with layers of soft vanilla sponge, iced with strawberry cream, with an added light touch of lemon curd infused throughout the sponge. It is then finished with meringue kisses, Vanilla Bean macarons, edible snap dragon flowers and crushed freeze dried strawberries.

The cake was decorated beautifully and was super fresh and light.
There were fresh strawberries through the layers which I wasn’t expecting and it’s something I don’t personally enjoy.
I would have liked a little more lemon curd just because I love it.

I got this for my daughter’s 12th Birthday. It was such a beautiful cake! It looked amazing and the flavours were so good. Some elements didn’t seem as fresh as the last cake we got but it was still an extremely delicious and great cake.

Looked amazing just like the picture really. Wasn’t a huge fan on the cake was very very light and extremely sweet. The flavour was good if you like the mix of lemon and strawberries but personally was not a fan.
