Shredded coconut dacquiose sponge, filled with fresh mascarpone cream, layered with fresh strawberries & sweet red grapes, then finished with scorched meringue, macarons & edible flowers. The finishes and decoration on top is placed on the outer edge of the cake like a halo.

The cake is beautiful and tasted very fresh! The fruits balanced the cake and it wasn’t overly sweet. The shredded coconut was nice but there was just too much of it in my opinion. Other than that, the cake was a really good choice!

This was my birthday cake and it was absolutely delicious. It has so many elements- fruit, cream, white chocolate, coconut, meringue- but somehow it is still light, fresh and not sickly sweet.
